For me, yoga is a journey to greater balance and inner peace. As a passionate athlete and educator, I find not only physical flexibility in my practice, but also a valuable balance to everyday life and its challenges. I am particularly fascinated by the connection between breath and movement in Vinyasa Yoga - it allows you to arrive in the moment and relax deeply. In this retreat, I invite you to experience this powerful connection between breath and movement. Through creative, flowing sequences, you will not only strengthen your muscles, but also relax deeply. The sessions are both challenging and calming - perfect for everyone, regardless of whether you already have experience with yoga or not. This retreat offers you the opportunity to consciously feel your body, recharge your batteries and find inner balance. Through breathing and flowing movements, you strengthen your body and mind, while the idyllic nature of Krimml and the fresh mountain air ensure deep relaxation.
