- Prices quoted are per person and stay excluding local taxes
- Local taxes: €2.05 per person per night (from aged 15 years)

- In order to make your booking definite, we ask for a deposit payment. Reservations are only guaranteed on receipt of this deposit.
- Hotel bills may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, EC card or cash
- Child reductions for packages and offers on request (2 full-paying guests, children sharing room with parents)
Cancellation conditions (packages)
- Notice of cancellation must be received in writing
- Cancellation of up to 4 weeks prior to arrival date: no charge
- Cancellation 4 weeks to 1 week prior to arrival date: cancellation fee of 40% of the total price
- Cancellation from 7 days to 1 day prior to arrival date: cancellation fee of 70% of the total holiday price.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival, no-show or early departure we charge 100% of the price of the trip.
These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-leased completely or partially.
