I'm Sandra Ullrich. Four children and a husband make my life colorful, chaotic and simply beautiful. I know pretty well what it's like to constantly create little islands of calm in everyday life. I also sometimes find it difficult to take time for myself and pay attention to my body - that's why I find a holistic approach to exercise practice so important. With yoga practice I have found the ideal complement to my training as a physiotherapist and I look forward to sharing my experiences with you.
Leave everyday life behind in the Hohe Tauern National Park
Surrounded by the beautiful Alps, in the immediate vicinity of the Krimml Waterfalls, we will spend a long weekend together to breathe deeply, recharge and gather strength. In addition to various yoga exercises, we go on hikes together and experience the impressive nature of the Hohe Tauern National Park up close. The yoga retreats provide structure, but at the same time also provide space for individual experiences. No matter whether you have already had experience with yoga or just want to try it out – the yoga trips are suitable for every level of experience. The focus of our yoga practice is on experiencing things together and collecting experiences that can then be integrated into everyday life.
The Krimml Waterfalls in the Hohe Tauern National Park are a very special highlight on our trip together: They have a proven positive effect on our well-being. This effect is attributed to the high concentration of negative air ions in the circulating air of the waterfall. They stimulate our immune system and have a positive effect on lung function. At the waterfalls, this place of power in nature, we will carry out breathing exercises and thus achieve a symbiosis of our body and mind with nature. A gift that we will take home with us so that we can always return to this moment in our memories.
